Whether you are just curious, looking around for some advice or hoping for a touch of community, you're in the right place. Wander around, spend some time and know - you have an ally. Ask an Ally is here to provide safe, fun, accessible space to ask questions - questions for a therapist , a coach, questions you feel vulnerable in asking, questions about situations or experiences you are trying to figure out. As your ally, I am here to be a support, to be on your side, to help you find new ways of handling things. I am here to suggest ways you can take responsibility for being the person you want to be and for helping you engage in a conscious process of creating the life you want to live. Here's how it works: If you have a question, concern, something you need to say - post it. Go to the door that says "Ask an Ally." You will be asked for a minimal amount of information (you get to stay anonymous if you want to) and then you can submit your inquiry. Your inquiry will come to me and when I respond, I will send it to the archives where you can find it. I reserve the right to edit your inquiry for inappropriate material if I deem necessary. Others will be able to read both of our thoughts. When you submit your inquiry, you will be given a number, which represents where you are in the queue. You can then track your Post, know where I am in the queue and find it again when it hits the Archives (which you can find on the bookshelf.) If you ask something that is out of my areas of expertise, I will refer you to another link or resource. Ally News will be the place I leave notes to the community, letting you know how quickly you can expect to be answered, if I'm on vacation, how the site is growing… Ally Info. contains a little bit about me so you have some idea who is answering your posts.
